It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me. :la:

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.

No mood for drawings and all~~~

I'm doing this in cyber cafe right now~
since internet and pc does not exist in my house in hometown.
It's noisy here, ppl screaming and shouting behind me ^^;

anyway, it's more than a week I'm here in my hometown, and no.... I din draw anything...... I'm supposed to.... but I din......I suxx... I know ;_;
but I just din have the mood to do anything at home, I din have a proper table for me to draw either (excuses)
Celebrated my dad's 60th birthday on friday night, it's also his retirement tat day, meaning I gotta carry the responsibility to support the family now >_< But I think my new job will do me some good~ XD

I was also busy practicing my driving since I'll be driving my car (not exactly mine) to KL, and since dad is not working anymore, he accompany me drive around, giving me tips and tricks~ haha~ But I'm still bad at parking............ ^^;

wat else....was busy watching dvds, watching tv, reading comics, and sleeping........ and enjoying home cooked food~ anything but drawing~ lol
well, I hope I'll be able to catch up after I'm back, doing some decent cgs and art, and gotta work on a comic for Comic Fiesta this year! gonna be busy preparing for the next book.

Aaaaaaa,on holiday wat,nothing wrong with relaxing away from drawing a bit. GO,be free for the holiday n explore other options to keep yourself occupied. Very relaxing....;)
And oh,yea,thanx for reminding coz I din even do anything for Mnu's comic thingy yet.....*.* Better start soon.

Plus, imo, there's nothing worse than trying to really force yourself to draw something which, I think will slow down the creativity mojo or whatever people might call it.

Ah, holiday. You'd think that'd you'd be doing lots of drawing but hehe believe me I know the feeling XD It's so nice to become lazy and not a care in the world ^_^ You still suck though :P
