Norya~ my character, a village girl, who's curious about the world outside, wants to see the world. and also to search for her father who left the village years ago when she was small and never return. She met Karuan, a traveller (motives unknown yet) who happens to past by her village, and decided to tag along him to travel. well, it's actually the first time I did an actual bg........ (not really actual since it's like half done) and added more colours to my shading. so critiques and commets is very welcome~ >_< thanks to  for colour advice XDand  for some comments~ps: btw, check out my journal for some icons I made for my frenxxx XDXDXD |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. i like how you did the shading on Norya, and i really like the shading on the bg... but i`m not sure about where her hand touches the table. maybe it makes the table look ghostly and not quite there, maybe... does that make any sense?
neway, Norya is cute, i like her outfit. and i love the the details, the bag, buttons and map especially and i think the way that you shaded the pot is lovely!
